A note from the editor...
In building for the future, it is then that we realize the importance of strong foundations. Throughout history, agriculture has proved to be a strong foundation upon which our country was built. Without the hard work and dedication of the people within the agricultural industry, we might not stand where we are today. Thus proving agricultural roots truly do enhance the future.

This issue of the Cowboy Journal is proof of the hard working and devoted individuals associated with the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. Throughout the past four months, we have pulled together as team and learned from one anotherís experiences.

Without the dedication from our staff and many others, this magazine would not be possible. We would like to extend our appreciation and thanks to the following people for their contributions to this issue: Todd Johnson, Jefferson Miller, Bucky Harris, Don Stotts, Fred Causley, Gayle Hiner, Matt Wright, Robert Thompson, Jim Boling, Matthew Kirkwood, OSU Sports Information, OSU Wrestling Hall of Fame and University Archives ó OSU Library.

With the completion of this issue, our staff marks the end of our undergraduate careers at OSU by knowing we have established foundations on which to build our future.
